In the second hour, we then welcome Marti Oakley for the balance of the broadcast. She unveils a scam that targets the estates of the elderly by the courts, and other public and legal officials. It is a growing problem that people are forcefully being placed under guardianship and isolated from their loved ones so that their possessions and wealth can be stolen.
