5-state coalition that was formed under the banner of the Northwest Coalition Against Malicious Harassment (NWCAMH). Here are the states:
Membership open to organizations of five or more with principal office located in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Wyoming.
Wyoming dropped out. In 1991, the other four states joined together to establish the Pacific Northwest Economic Region with the Canadian provinces immediately above. Alaska joined but what year that was I don't know. I'll have to see if I can find it.
