In this clip, Rep. Bill Foster mentions AIG giving the reason why they were bailed out rather than being allowed to go bankrupt. It would have brought down European banks. This is the system I called Criss-Cross - Double Cross except that I was talking about port security where the Chinese were monitoring U.S. ports while the U.S. was monitoring Chinese ports but it's all part of the system of double cross for globalization.
