Just days prior to the shooting event in San Bernardino, California which took place today, the Victor Valley College warned students and staff of a coming "active shooter" training drill. According to Wikipedia,
Victor Valley College lies on the southern edge of the Mojave Desert. The college sits directly to the south of Spring Valley Lake (a planned unincorporated community in San Bernardino County).
The Victor Valley News reported on November 27th, just a few days ago:
Victor Valley College officials would like to inform students and area residents that there will be an “active shooter” training exercise on the VVC campus on Monday, November 30th. There will be significant police presence at this time according to Chief Leonard Knight who said this training will last several hours. In order to avoid any confusion, the public is being notified ahead of time. Victor Valley College Police Department (VVCPD), San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department (SBCSD), Victorville Police Station, San Bernardino County Fire Department (SBCFD), Victorville Fire Station, and American Medical Response (AMR) have planned for and are conducting this exercise to ensure coordinated, timely and effective response to the college community, as well as enhance safety at Victor Valley College.
The campus will be on lockdown causing a portion of the campus to be unavailable and the campus bus routes to be diverted until about noon on Monday. VVC Superintendent/President Roger Wagner believes these exercises and training sessions are imperative as these type of occurrences are all too common. “What I want everyone to know is that we have, on an on-going basis been assessing and implementing an improved campus security and response plan for many months. Many improvements have been made and there are still more to come.”
According to the Victor Valley College press release, this drill is to prepare the school faculty, staff and students in preparation of an active shooter occurrence within our campus community as well as a real life simulation. “Conducting and planning for this exercise will allow us to assess our emergency preparedness and review the coordination and rapid response of both police agencies.” stated Chief Knight.
The campus community will be alerted prior to the start of the exercise via an “emergency notification message” sent through the Alertus Emergency Notification System and through the Text Alert Message System. Additional pre exercise messages will provided through social media, email, classroom announcements and flyers posted around the campus.
As I write this, I'm watching live local coverage of the unfolding events. As always, on these occasions, the bodies of the victims had not had time to grow cold before the communist gun grabber in the White House is again using their tragedy to push his political agenda of gun control.
Those of us who have been researching and studying false flag shooting events, over the years, have seen certain patterns develop. One of those patterns is the fact that drills often coincide with the actual event. This incident was another example of a drill being held at the very time that the incident is taking place!
KTLA reported earlier today,
“At minimum, we have a domestic terrorist-type situation here,” Burguan said. “They came prepared to do what they did, as if they were on a mission.”
The call first came in at 10:59 a.m. of multiple shots fired from the area of 1365 S. Waterman Ave. The Police Department’s SWAT team was training nearby and was suited, “ready to roll” and responded rapidly, Lt. Richard Lawhead said.
What are the odds? How does this keep happening over and over again at various shooting and terrorist events? Drills provide cover for actual events so that if someone is caught acting strangely, it can just be dismissed as part of the drill.
Furthermore, the LA Times reported that monthly drills were being held leading up to the event.
At first, Dorothy Vong assumed it was a drill -- just like all the others at her work. At the Inland Regional Center, where she’s a nurse, the staff works with clients and parents of clients who are sometimes angry. They have active-shooter drills every month or so.
“Drill started,” she texted her husband, Mark, around 11 a.m.
She walked to a window nearby and filmed a video as law enforcement sprinted toward the building.
“Oh, that is scary,” a voice says calmly in the background.
“They’re all geared up!” someone else says. “Rifles and everything!”
In the background, someone laughs -- they still didn’t know.
Then the reality set in.
She texted her husband again: “Well it’s real.”
Years ago, I told our listeners on Govern America that I believed we were beginning to see a blurring of reality and fiction, as Homeland Security conducts drills, many times without even telling the parties involved. I didn't realize, at the time, how true that statement would turn out to be. We are being massively propagandized and terrorized with the end goal of forcing us to give up our firearms rights.
As evidence continues to come out about this and the other recent incidents — now becoming so numerous that it is increasingly difficult to keep track of them — one has to ask the question: Why are these drills being held? What purpose do they serve when police resources are tied up with exercises when an actual event takes place? That is, of course, unless the real purpose of the drills are to provide an excuse to get resources and personnel in place when a false flag event is being planned and executed.
@kharyp @GovernAmerica Haha...in a black late model Suburban, no less...ha! Gee, I wonder who drives those around?
