Coalition to Govern America — Research Paper (May be updated as new information is discovered)
December 19, 2017
Dominic Puopolo is a 51 year old Florida man who was arrested for allegedly posting a video online, threatening to kill president-elect Donald Trump. The following are links in our research on the issue.
This is the video which shows him making the threat, which was first posted on Twitter.
Another source for the same video: http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/miami-beach/article127222364.html
In the above video, he states that it was "requested" that he "type it in and post it". Did someone really "request" that he "type and post" this video? If so, who made the request? Is this video being made under duress? Is he under the influence of drugs, or mind control? He also repeatedly says to the Secret Service, "what are you going to do about it?" He openly states that he is "challenging" them to stop him. Can we draw from this the conclusion that this would-be assassin wants to be stopped?
Dominic's Twitter profile shows several rambling, often incoherent tweets and video commentaries. It would be easy to dismiss him as just some crazy nut, were it not for other connections and oddities.
We think it is pretty clear what is meant by this tweet.

House Speaker Paul Ryan was very much against Donald Trump, during the campaign. Is this a message to House Speaker Paul Ryan?
"My soul is what you have taken from me. Feel drained Ryan. Out for tonight."

Is this man just some nut? Or if he had ties to the intelligence community, could he be a victim of Mkultra-type mind control?
His tweets directly reference CIA involvement / interference:

Dominic's mother is said to have been a victim of the September 11, 2001 "attacks" and, specifically, was alleged to have been one of the passengers aboard Flight #11 which is said to have hit the WTC North tower. Strangely, after the rubble smouldered for months, Dominic's family was said to have been surprised by the discovery of a ring, worn by his mother, which was still in tact.
Is the featured woman in the story Dominic's sister? This apparently is his family.
Dominic J. Puopolo Jr. (same man, we assume?) attended the German trial of alleged 9/11 "mastermind" Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who was charged at Guantánamo Bay.
Dominic J. Puopolo Jr., a Miami computer consultant whose mother was killed in the 9/11 attacks, attended the trial in Germany of a Moroccan man accused of aiding the plotters and had hoped to attend the trial of Mohammed and the others held at Guantánamo.
He had been frustrated by the lack of apparent progress and said he was "pleasantly surprised" to receive notification on Monday from the Defense Department that charges would be filed again.
"Just to get this started back in Guantánamo Bay is a big deal," said Mr Puopolo, whose mother was on board the American Airlines flight out of Boston that the hijackers crashed into one of the World Trade Center's twin towers.
"I have every intention of making a stand and going there if offered."

Does quote from above article: "...notification on Monday from the Defense Department..." imply potential ongoing correspondence / relationship with DOD? We learned later that he was in the U.S. Navy. (One pattern we've observed is that patsies often have ties with the military or intelligence agencies.)
NBC's Tom Brokaw also interviewed the man in Hamburg, Germany, circa June 24, 2005, apparently for a Dateline piece.
While many people have been arrested and detained, getting terror suspects into court has been a slow process, not only in Iran but in the West, including the United States. The only person charged for the 9/11 attacks in the United States was Zacarious Moussaoui . He pleaded guilty to terrorist activity, but denied any involvement in the 9/11 hijackings.
There is a 9/11 attack trial underway in Hamburg, Germany, but the proceedings have been long and frustrating for Dominic Puopolo. His mother was on American Airlines flight 11 when it was crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center.
Brokaw: “For some people, they just don’t want to go back to the horrors of that. But for you, it is the very horror of that that keeps you involved in it.”
Dominic Puopolo: “I promised my mother, shortly after she was killed on 9/11, that someday I would afford her justice.”
Puopolo recently visited the site of the former World Trade Center, Ground Zero, and for the first time found his mother's name on the list of victims there. He has spent the better part of a year helping German prosecutors make their case against Mounir el Mottasadeq who is standing trial for allegedly helping hijacker Mohammad Atta plot the 9/11 attacks. Mottasadeq admits he was friendly with the hijacker but denies any involvement in the 9/11 plot.
Puopolo: “It's quite hard to be sitting across the room from him. It requires enormous restraint.”
Puopolo, on crutches during the trial because of a broken foot, believes his presence in the courtroom will help persuade the tribunal of five German judges to convict Mottasadeq. An earlier conviction was overturned. So for the time being, Mottasadeq is a free man and Puopolo is now out of money.
He spent all the money he received from the victim's compensation fund and an inheritance from his mother, a total of $200,000 to pay German lawyers and translators and to cover the costs of moving to Germany for the trial.
Puopolo: “It has proven to be a much great challenge than I ever imagined. I'm there for a purpose and the purpose is to not let this man walk home away free.”
Brokaw: “But he may.”
Puopolo: “And that’s something I'm willing to accept. But I'm working very hard to make sure that does not happen. The Mottasadeq trial for me, has much more meaning than just his particular trial, and his particular involvement.”
Brokaw: “It’s a symbol.”
Puopolo: “It’s a symbol of a process. That’s bigger. It shows that we are a nation of, a civilized society. And we're going to follow and obey the rule of law. We don’t want to stoop to the level of the terrorists.”
—The Long War: Four years later, are we any closer to winning the war on terror?, Dateline NBC transcript, circa June 24, 2005, accessed by CGA January 19, 2017.
We find it worth noting that in the NBC piece, Dominic has a broken foot. Sonia also was said to have been put in a wheelchair due to a hit and run "accident". It could be a meaningless coincidence, but worth noting given the role of trauma in programming targets.
In his various Twitter videos, he repeatedly refers to the Royal family as his family, which causes us to wonder if there is any real connection to them.
Puopolo did have close ties to the Clinton family.
Hillary Clinton Gave Eulogy for Sonia (Dominic's mother):
Other ties as outlined by The Daily Mail:
The man arrested by Miami Beach police Tuesday for allegedly threatening President-elect Donald Trump online is a member of a prominent northeast family close to Bill and Hillary Clinton.
He once gave $20,000 to the Democratic National Committee, DailyMail.com has learned.
Suspect Dominic Puopolo Jr., 51, sat near Hillary Clinton when she delivered the eulogy at the funeral of Puopolo's mother, Sonia, who died in one of the jets that flew into the World Trade Center on 9-11.
During that eulogy on Oct. 6, 2001 in Boston, the former presidential candidate referred to 'Dom Jr.'s latest computer wizardry.' Puopolo, however, may not be the average Trump hater.
On various social media platforms, where he posts as JesusChrist1701, the computer consultant claims to have testified in terror cases as an expert witness in a German federal court in Hamburg from 2003 to 2008.
He also says he served in the Navy.
He once posted a photo of himself holding an image of his mother in front of a wall that sports a picture of him with Colin Powell and a famous shot of Ronald Reagan.
Puopolo has published a number of pictures of outgoing Secretary of State John Kerry, whom he calls a friend. ...
The family is also known in political circles for its generosity toward Democratic organizations and candidates.
The threat suspect, according to federal elections records, gave $20,000 to the Democratic National Committee in 1996. He also contributed to Kerry and deceased Sen. Ted Kennedy in the mid-1990s. His name popped up again in contributions in 2006 when he gave $4,000 to Florida Sen. Bill Nelson's campaign.
His sister Sonia gave $4,000 to Hillary Clinton's various campaigns.
There's also evidence he was the target of mental health court proceedings in 2016 although the details are not public.
—Florida man charged with threatening to kill President-elect Trump at his inauguration on Twitter was a close family friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton, The Daily Mail, January 18, 2017, accessed January 19, 2017
Let's review:
Was this man a patsy, programmed to assassinate Donald Trump? If so, did the video he put out foil the plans of his handlers? Was his video an effort to get someone to stop him by clearly stating his intentions to kill Trump, complete with the location he planned to be, then asking 'what are you going to do about it'?
There are many questions left to answer. To sum it all up, we were sent an article from The Daily Sheeple who wrote an excellent piece on this subject, asking many of the same questions we did, and with additional points and photos. We will close with a few of their important observations:
A few weeks ago we reported on Iraq war vet Esteban Santiago who claimed the CIA was controlling his mind and forcing him to commit a mass shooting. He was arrested after he reportedly shot up the baggage claim at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, killing five random strangers after he personally warned the FBI he was afraid he was going to be forced to commit mass violence.
His claims are similar to claims made by Florida University Library shooter Myron May and Navy Yard Shooter Aaron Alexis who both claimed they were targeted and driven insane by the government to commit mass violence.
Eerily, you will find stories similar to these going back for decades. In 1991 for example, Carl Campbell shot U.S. Navy commander Edward Higgins at a bus stop outside of the Pentagon at least five times with a 22-caliber semi-automatic pistol for seemingly no reason. The federal judge who oversaw the case found Campbell not guilty by reason of insanity when it later came out that Campbell believed the government had implanted a computer chip in his brain to control his mind.
On top of that, there are patents for weapons that can beam voices into people’s heads, otherwise known as “Voice of God” weapons. It seems we live in a world where faux schizophrenia can be caused. ...
Not only does this threat come just days before the inauguration, but it comes weeks after another man claimed he was ordered to assassinate Donald Trump and killed a random stranger in a Walmart parking lot whom he believed (and reportedly still believes) was the president-elect. A British teen was arrested this summer for attempting an assassination on Trump at a Las Vegas rally as well.
We aren’t even to the actual inauguration yet, and already it’s shaping up to potentially be the most violent in American history. Weapons caches including homemade silencers have been found in the DC area, and Secret Service says they’ve had to drill for this one unlike any inauguration before it.
Whether or not anything happens at the inauguration, it is our belief that we are seeing the result of dark, shadowy forces at war for control and that this is not merely political theater or a media psy op. We do believe, based upon everything we are seeing here and the events that have been playing out in the media in recent weeks, that Donald Trump is genuinely in real danger. The incendiary nature of media rhetoric has fueled a powder keg that will likely continue long after Trump is sworn in as president.
