Recall that I sent you an email regarding what I perceived to be a subtle shift in the dialogue on the internet - including China's re-evaluation of their communist philosophy vs their activities in the global economy. I think the subtle shift is the beginning of the conversation on Autocracies. Do a search on Autocracy. Country leader as business executive. Countries as businesses enabled by "free trade agreements".
