Hour 2 - Guest: Bruce Topham of the Flying T Salers ranch in Oregon joined us to discuss his water fight in the Klamath Basin in Oregon. Bruce is a life-long rancher with water rights dating back to 1864, and is in a fight with the federal government who is using the indian tribe as pawns to impose water restrictions upon thousands of acres of land, forcing family cattle ranchers out of business.
