Health Care Fraud Takedown, which resulted in criminal charges against 324 defendants, including 96 doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other licensed medical professionals, in 50 federal districts and 12 State Attorneys General’s Offices across the United States, for their alleged participation in various health care fraud schemes involving over $14.6 billion in intended loss.

About the 2nd biggest insurance billing fraud case that involved the TMAP project in Texas and about 5 or 6 other states - Idaho being one of them.

How could scammers get away with $14 billion of fraud without it being cause by the programs that edit the claims? Answer: They couldn't. There is some kind of racketeering going on in the background including collusion between the DOJ and ???. It's like the sue and settle scams of the environmental groups. This is where the concept I was trying to explain comes in.

Extortion Racket with third party beneficiary.

A=the person or company being extorted (the victim of the extortion)
B=the blackmailer
C=the beneficiary of the extortion.

B extorts A for X amount of dollars. B tells A to pay the ransom to C. The ransom could be money, property, anything transaction involving value of some kind. Technically, it doesn't fit the description of criminal extortion which just involves A and B. There may be a relationship between A and C but there doesn't have to be. A would be a Kingpin running things like a puppet master.

As this pertains to Jeffrey Epstein, it could be that he was a designated receiver (C) of the extortion money. He would have instructions from A (Lex Wexner??) to invest the money in some company or other or to give the money to a fourth party.

Everybody walks away with clean hands and the victim (A) lives in fear of being tapped again. He's trapped.

I think it was before the flood in Texas but I can't say for sure, I was watching one of the weather channels and they were showing a water spout formation over land. It was in the west. Related to Kerr County flood? I don't know but the timing is suspect.
