Here is the full archive of articles. There is redundancy because the bill was found days before the end of the legislative session so the research effort was a heads down emergency effort to figure out what the hell was going on. We caused enough of a stink that the bill wasn't passed before the end of the legislative session. As a result, Governor Butch Otter called a special session of the legislature to pass this one bill. What we found out is that the Obama Administration used extortion against the states to force them to pass this model legislation.
