We have an update on the COP 21 conference in Paris. Even as the climate talks were getting underway, another "green" energy company that the federal government helped finance was going bankrupt. It is only the latest example of "green" companies taking federal money and running. However, it didn't stop Obama, in Paris, from heralding climate finance as a glowing success. Secretary of State John Kerry announces a doubling of U.S. support for poor countries to adapt. We examine how efficiently these monies are being spent and the accounting (or lack thereof) that is being utilized to track it. Also, we have updates on the Paris and San Bernardino shooting incidents. Is the stage being set for gun confiscation in the United States via a recent court decision? ISIS continues its unlikely sophistication, and Senator John McCain's freudian slip.
