FEMA Region III alert was declared on August 13th. A number of things are being done by the government which suggest that they could be planning for some event in Region III somewhere around October 1st. We explore the measures that are being taken. As economic devastation continues to grow worse at home, the administration is sending troops and hardware to Syria in another "wag the dog" scenario.
